Killearn Lakes is a subdivision located in northeast Tallahassee that is comprised of 10 smaller neighborhoods, with Golden Eagle being in the center. The majority of the neighborhoods are part of the Killearn Lakes Homeowners Association; however, Golden Eagle does have a separate HOA with a different set of governing rules. /Construction in Killern Lakes began in the 1980's.
