MIDTOWN TALLAHASSEE

Midtown Tallahassee, located just north of Downtown, consists of a number of smaller neighborhoods, including Durward, Forest Glen, and Gardenia Gardens. However, many locals refer to nearby subdivisions like Los Robles, Betton Hills, Wavery Hills, and Old Town as “Midtown” as well. Although there is some new construction going up in Midtown Tallahassee, most of the homes were built in the 50s. However, due to the prime location, many of the older homes have been remodeled, and have held their value remarkably well.
